Expansion into Digital Health and Clean Tech in the Southeast US

BOSTON, October 9, 2013 – Bowen Advisors, Inc., a Boston-based mergers & acquisitions and strategic advisory firm focused on growth technology companies, has announced that former venture capitalist, Bob Fleming, has joined the firm as a Senior Advisor and will cover emerging technology companies in the Southeast US.

He brings to our team extensive experience and expertise in healthcare, information technology, clean tech and agribusiness, as well as a roster of strong relationships,” said Paul Bowen, President and Founder of Bowen Advisors.

Bob has led successful investments in a cross-section of industry segments including communications, software, and healthcare. His investments include industry-leading companies in each area, such as RF Micro Devices (IPO), Cyberonics (IPO), Intermedia Communications (IPO), Agile Networks (acquired by Lucent), Epicon (acquired by Nortel), and Block Medical (acquired by Hillenbrand). He has played an active role as a director in over thirty companies. More recently, he has been an advisor to promising growth technology companies in the Southeast, including CareCloud, Axial Exchange, and JDCPhosphate. Bob received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School, and a B.A. in Engineering Sciences, cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
