Strategic Expansion of Investment Banking Platform Continues with the Addition of David DeSimone as Principal

BOSTON, June 21, 2012 – Bowen Advisors, Inc., a Boston – based mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory firm focused on emerging and established technology companies, today announced that it has hired David DeSimone as a Principal. “

My broader middle market experience will complement the firm’s exceptional domain knowledge in the communications and technology sectors.” In his nearly 15 years as an investment banker, David has worked on over 60 transactions worth over $4 bil lion. During that time, David has developed transaction execution capabilities that are at the core of Bowen Advisors’ commitment to growth technology companies and the firm’s dedication to offering senior Wall Street expertise to its clients. He joins Bow en Advisors from Capstone Partners, a middle market investment banking firm, where he spent nearly seven years as a Vice President and Director, most recently leading the firm’s efforts in the Technology Solutions vertical. Prior to that, David served as a Vice President at Boenning & Scattergood, a Philadelphia – based middle market investment bank, where he worked with clients across a variety of industries and developed the firm’s technology practice. David also has experience at Needham & Company, Robert son Stephens, and at J.P. Morgan in New York. David received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University. He is registered with FINRA and is qualified as a General Securities Representative.
