BOB CRONIN | Managing Director

In his more than 20 years as an investment banker, Bob has worked with a broad range of emerging growth software companies. During this time, he has developed extensive M&A and private capital raising execution capabilities that are at the core of Bowen Advisors’ commitment to growth technology companies and the firm’s dedication to offering senior expertise to its clients. As head of the firm’s Enterprise Information Management practice, Bob works with application software solution vendors operating in the advanced analytics, business intelligence, big data, corporate performance management, artificial intelligence, machine learning and content/document management sectors. At the infrastructure software level, Bob works with companies providing business process management, database/data warehouse, database-as-a-service, data/application integration, master data management, meta data management, product data management and data-focused platform-as-a-service solutions. Bob joined Bowen Advisors in 2012 from Stonebridge Associates, a Boston-based middle market investment banking firm, where he spent more than 15 years as a Senior Managing Director in charge of the firm’s technology practice group.

Bob received a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and a MBA from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, where he was named an Edward Tuck Scholar. Bob is a former board member of ACG Boston and is an advisory director to Harbor Light Capital Partners and Marlborough Street Partners. He is qualified as a general securities representative and holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
